| C&M Construction
Limited was incorporated as a small private limited company in 1993.
Initially the company carried out small works for a varied list of
clients and operated from a small office of 300 sq.ft in Ashbourne
Town Centre, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The company employed eight people. In the years from 1993 to 1996, the company grew in size as well as the annual turnover and the number employed had grew to forty eight employees. During this period, the company moved to larger office and yard premises to facilitate the growing volume of plant acquired during the same period. The client base of the company continued to expand and we carried out a number of high profile projects on behalf of clients such as the OPW, County Councils and State and Semi-State Bodies. The Management Team at C&M Construction Ltd. have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction of Sports Pitches dating back over forty years. It is this experience and knowledge that has continued to make C&M Construction Ltd a growing success in the construction of pitches for the Sports Industry. In 1998 we installed Hockey pitches in Alexander College in Milltown Co. Dublin and also in Sutton Park School in Dublin. This was set up as C&M Construction were awarded the Agency for Astroturf UK Limited. The company’s list of sports pitches has continued on from our first installation to this very day and as a company are one of the few main contractors who can currently provide a one-stop solution to Synthetic Pitches from the Civil Engineering Ground Works to the Installation and Commissioning of the new Floodlighting system. We can also provide the required fencing and the highest standard sports equipment. (Installations include a full size all-weather soccer pitch for the Oscar Traynor Youth Training Academy (AFL), Fingallians GAA Club All Weather Training Pitch, Wesley College Hockey Pitches – Grit Sand & All-weather etc.. | The company has
also grown in the Civil Engineering and Paving Sectors with major
contracts carried out for Galway County Council, Aer Rianta and many
other high profile clients. The company continued to expand with premises again being moved to our current larger location in Castle Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. We will again make our latest move to Duleek, Co. Meath later this year to accommodate the further expansion of the company’s plant and operatives. We now currently employ ninety people and aim to continue to deliver our range of services which meet all our clients unique set of needs, based on value for money to our client. The company also aims to provide this service, while at the same time producing quality standards by using first class materials and operations in a safe and secure manner. C&M Construction Limited employ a full time Health & Safety Officer to allow us to maintain our safe working practices which in turn helps us to continually provide the highest standards to our clients. |
