Approaching Athlone from the East (N6), join Dual Carriageway at eastern end.
Leave Dual Carriageway at Exit No. 2. Turn left on leaving Dual Carriageway. Take first exit off Athlone RSC
Roundabout (50 yards). Continue on this road until you see Athlone Town Stadium on your right. |
| From North (Longford/Monaghan/Dundalk): |
Approaching Athlone from the North (N55), continue towards the Town Centre until you reach
the Athlone RSC Roundabout. Take first exit and continue on this road until you see Athlone Town Stadium on your right. |
| From South (Limerick/Cork/Cobh): |
Approaching Athlone from the South (N62), you will merge with the N6 five kilometres outside the
town. Proceed to join Dual Carriageway at eastern end. Leave Dual Carriageway at Exit No. 2. Turn left on leaving Dual
Carraigeway. Take first exit off Athlone RSC Roundabout (50 yards). Continue on this road until you see Athlone Town
Stadium on your right. |
| From North-West (Sligo/Ballybofey/Derry): |
Approaching Athlone on the Roscommon Road (N61), join the Dual Carriageway at Ganly
Roundabout, bound for Dublin. Leave Dual Carriageway two exits later (No.4). Turn right on leaving Dual Carriageway.
Take first exit off Athlone RSC Roundabout (100 yards). Continue on this road until you see Athlone Town Stadium on
